We continue to adhere to our Physio and Massage governing bodies guidance in order to continue to keep us all as safe as possible in these challenging times.

Before attending your initial appointment, you will be asked to complete a COVID consent form which ensures you are ready and fit for face-to-face treatment. You have the option of video consultation at any time should you feel unsure about attending in person.

Our practitioners continue to wear PPE as recommended by their governing body, this may differ between massage and physiotherapists.

We ask you to continue to wear a facemask on arrival, you may be permitted to remove during treatment, your therapist will guide you and do let us know if you are exempt from wearing.

We have hand sanitiser available for you and recommend you use before and after your treatment.

Our treatment couches and furniture are cleaned down by the therapist between each client and we keep the waiting areas and rooms well ventilated.

We regularly deep clean all our clinic areas.
